LA GRANGETTE
Laurent Chabert's organic eggs come directly from Puidoux in the canton of Vaud. The farm's distinctive feature is its spacious henhouses, home to approximately 4,000 hens. Fed organic grain and enjoying breathtaking views, these hens lay magnificent eggs, certified by the Swiss Organic Bud label.
KONOÏ
Konoï makes hemp milk ice cream and other hemp-based food products that are eco-friendly, local and good for your health.


DE LA DEVINIERE ESTATE
Domaine de la Devinièrecultivates 13 hectares of vines in the commune of Satigny. Created in 1990 by Willy Cretegny and organically farmed since 1995, 18 grape varieties are cultivated to produce 16 organic wines.
BIOLETTES ESTATE
At the foot of the Jura mountains, the Biolettes estatehas been owned by the Roch family for over a century. On 20 hectares, they cultivate a wide variety of vegetables, potatoes and cereals, using organic farming methods since 1988.


KEUFFER SARL
Producers since 1979, Keufferis a family business that grows organic seasonal vegetables, labeled Bio Suisse.
Brasserie La Concorde
This craft brewery has been producing organic beers since 2016. Brasserie de la Concordeopened its doors in October 2014 in the premises of the former dairy. It brews its six beers using traditional methods in 150-liter batches.


FAVERGES ESTATE
Owned by Hauterive Abbey for nearly 700 years, then by the State of Fribourg, this vineyard, with an area of 15.4 ha, is located in the heart of the terraced vineyards of Lavaux, a UNESCO World Heritage site.
SWISSOJA
A pioneer in tofu production in Switzerland, Swissoja has been showcasing soybeans since 1977, creating products renowned for their taste and nutritional qualities. Swissoja uses only organic soybeans of Swiss origin and vegetables certified by the Bud label.

ST BARTHELEMY FARM
The CSC Foundation in St-Barthélémy is a socio-educational institution that welcomes adults with disabilities. These individuals participate in various ways, including baking bread at the bakery. The bakery also sells pastries, biscuits bearing the "Bio Suisse" label, and other regional products.

Originally cattle farmers and producers of Etivaz cheese in Rossinière, Jean-Robert Henchoz and his wife Anne switched to sheep farming in the 1990s. Starting with just a few animals, today their flock of over 1,000 sheep allows the Henchoz family to offer you their wide range of products.
